Good to be (sort of) talking to you again. You know, I’m actually surprised at how fast this past month has flown by. Then again, that happens almost every month. We tend to get so wrapped up in everything that is going on, in our lives and in the world, that we usually do not realise how quickly our limited days on this planet are passing by. In a way, these monthly reflections help me to stay more in touch with that. I think we could all benefit from slowing down every once in a while and looking back on all that we have done and are doing, reflect on where we are in life and where we are going.

On a related note, I am happy to say that I have also been finding more time to work on my novel, which to my great pain sometimes gets snowed under when my schedule fills up. Part of that is that I need to be in a relaxed state of mind, with mental room to think clearly.
