VIDEO: Looking Back On 2023
I share my thoughts on last year's main articles and go through important events for the Critical Consent newsletter
Another year over, and one in which a lot of things happened all over the world. But also an important year for this newsletter, since I finally had the courage to start treating writing as my main job. I wanted to look back on the different posts that I wrote this year, and share some of my thoughts on the experience of writing them. I also give you my perspective on writing in general, how I view this work and why I have made certain decisions for this newsletter, as well as some more honest reflections on the situation in Gaza. Also, there is a cat who totally dropped by out of its own free will.
If you enjoyed the work that I did this year, and want to see more of it in 2024, please consider upgrading to a paid subscription. It helps me to keep doing this! Donations are also much appreciated.
This video is also the perfect opportunity to share this newsletter with others, as it gives them a solid introduction to me and my work, with a summarised overview of this year’s content.
To my lovely paid subscribers: As I have been working very hard on this video the past week, it was too much for me to also write a Monthly Musing, but instead you now have this yearly musing to enjoy!
